Before Indian independence itself Areacodens had given importance to education,but the lack of facilities in higher education sector gave much difficulties to these knowledge seekers.Later they had to wait for a long to make an end to this crisis. Along with 'Kerala Piravi' in 1956 as a solace to a lakhs of knowledge seekers SOHS started functioning. N.V Ibrahim master was the first head master of this school.Later with the efforts of villegers,teachers and well wishers SHS paved way for revolutionary changes in allmost all the sectors.
Lakhs of people passed out from SOHS enjoying the taste of knowledge.When we lookback we can proud inthe achivements of this school.............
